Install Visual Studio 15.8 or later (this version of Visual Studio provides IDE support for running the Android emulator with Hyper-V). In Visual Studio, as part of the xamarin integration, under Tools in the main menu there is an option for Android. NET 6 iOS applications from Visual Studio 2019 preview.
Once the build is successful, the Android emulator / on-device application will run like below Build and Run iOS Project in window machine The build and debug. The emulator profiles (.avd files) in Android Device Manager are the same. Hopefully on the next update of Visual Studio Preview, they will include the API Level 30 that's required, which may fix this. After that is installed open tools -> android -> Android Device Manager and create at least one emulator. Under tools select Android Emulator (Works with Hyper-V).
